Our Finishing program is designed for optimal learning. This means that all of our Driver Trainers are experienced drivers who have been with Hill Brothers for at least one year, have excellent CSA scores, and have a great rapport with our Operations and Safety teams. In addition to their experience and outstanding records, our Driver Trainers’ personal strengths are also matched to that of an excellent trainer/teacher profile. Our Driver Trainers have a true desire to see you succeed. Training is their focus, therefore, our Driver Trainers are paid for the training they do and are not paid by the miles they run. This allows them to focus on your individual training needs.

As a Graduate in our Finishing program, you will spend your training time with several different trainers who drive in different positions. This will allow you the opportunity to get a broad spectrum of training and knowledge of the trucking industry, make several different professional connections, and will help you solidify where you fit in as a professional driver.
